  Fees for ongoing services are set out in your service agreement and are typically billed monthly in advance. Late balances may be subject to a reasonable finance charge as permitted by Ohio law. Taxes are additional where applicable.

  To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northgate Managed IT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Liability from a service engagement is governed by the limitations in that engagement agreement.
